Description
Summerland stands at the very edge of Vrbnik’s Old Town, beside a stone-paved lane leading towards one of the town’s best-known viewpoints.
Two sides of the house open towards the sea and harbour along their entire length, so the panoramic view follows you through almost every room: below lie Vrbnik’s small harbour, the sea and the coastline beyond.
The living room opens onto a small stone balcony. This is where the feeling of standing on the prow of a ship is strongest — close enough to the Old Town to feel part of it, yet tucked away in a peaceful corner of your own.
The living room, dining area and kitchen form one open-plan space. In front of the house is a partially covered 12 m² terrace with outdoor seating and a parasol, while a barbecue and sun loungers are available in the courtyard below.
The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and sea view, and another with a single bed and an additional bed. It accommodates up to four guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher. Air conditioning, a Smart TV and a safe are also provided.
The nearest beach is around 300 metres away, while the closest restaurant is only about 20 metres from the house. A grocery shop, ATM and the centre of Vrbnik are within 150 metres, and a private parking space is provided free of charge 30 metres from the property.
The Old Town at your doorstep, the harbour below and the sea on both sides of the house — there are few addresses like this in Vrbnik.
