Get in touch by email or phone. Trip planning starts with a conversation, not a form.
We don't need an essay — just the basics: when, how many of you, what you enjoy, what you avoid, a rough budget if you have one in mind.
That gives us enough to get started.
2. Proposal
We send a proposal: accommodation (if you're looking for it), experiences that might suit you, and a rough day-by-day plan.
This is the first draft. It's normal for things to be adjusted, swapped, or removed.

3. Finalisation
Once we're aligned, we define the details and the price. You receive a clear outline: what's included, what's optional, what we handle, and what's up to you.
4. Your holiday
You travel. We're here if you need us, but we won't get in the way. You enjoy your holiday, we stay in the background. We'll be in touch when it makes sense.
Why Mare Tours
We live here. We don't sell Krk from an office in Zagreb. We know it from the inside: which place has changed hands and isn't the same anymore, which beach has become overcrowded, which new restaurant is actually worth it. That knowledge can't be copied from TripAdvisor.
We design a rhythm, not a checklist. The goal isn't to "see as much as possible" — it's to come home rested. The days we put together have room to breathe: a lunch that runs long, an afternoon with no plan, an evening that doesn't need to be booked two weeks in advance.
We're straight with you. If something isn't a good fit, we'll say so. If a place is overrated, we won't push it. If going to a certain beach during your dates makes no sense because it's chaos — we'll suggest an alternative. Our job isn't to sell you what we have, but to put together what you need.

Frequently asked questions
Do you only cover Krk?
Primarily Krk island and the Kvarner region. On request, we organise day trips to the hinterland — Gorski Kotar, Lika — but at a pace that makes sense within a holiday, not as a marathon.
Can it be just an itinerary, without you making the reservations?
No, we don’t offer just the plan and itinerary.
We can arrange partial organization (e.g., accommodation, but you choose the excursions), or we take care of the full organization (accommodation, excursions, reservations, logistics).
We’ll decide together what level of service you need.
How far in advance should we get in touch?
The earlier, the more good options — especially for accommodation in summer. But do get in touch at shorter notice too. We won't promise the impossible, but we'll be honest about what can be done.
How much does it cost?
It depends on what you need.
A rough budget helps us point things in the right direction from the start — but it's not required.
Once you share the basics, we send a clear proposal with transparent pricing and no hidden costs.
Accommodation, excursions and other services always have the same prices as if booked directly with the providers, but with the added benefit of our expertise, personalization and full coordination.
