Six hours at sea, a boat just for your group and a pace that follows you
This is not a boat trip where you rush from one beach to the next with a group of strangers on board. Bracol is reserved exclusively for your group for the full six hours, for up to 12 guests, and the skipper adapts the pace and stops to you. If you love a place, you can simply stay there longer. Departure is from Krk town harbour, and the route takes you towards Plavnik and back along the coast of Stara Baška.
On Plavnik, you will discover the Blue Cave, entered directly from the sea, and Krušija Bay, where you step ashore. Free-roaming deer live on the island, and with a little luck, you may spot them up close. A sighting is not guaranteed, but that sense of anticipation turns the walk into a small island search.
The Bracol boat is reserved exclusively for your group for the full six hours, for up to 12 guests. There is no waiting for other passengers and no strict schedule you have to follow. If you especially enjoy one location, you can simply stay there longer. Your skipper knows the sea, bays and conditions around Plavnik and will gladly recommend the best route, while the pace of the trip is adapted to your group.
Golden Beach and the bays near Stara Baška
The route includes a swimming stop at Golden Beach, one of the best-known bays on the southern coast of Krk. Above the bay, golden cliffs rise steeply from the sea — the feature that gave the beach its name. In the sunlight, they take on a warm, almost honey-coloured tone. As this is a private tour, the length of the stop can be adapted to your group — whether you prefer a longer swim, snorkeling or a relaxing break on the SUP board.
Plavnik, the Blue Cave and wild Krušija Bay
The main stop of the trip is the uninhabited island of Plavnik. You reach it by cruising along the western coast of Krk, past Golden Beach. On Plavnik, you enter the Blue Cave directly from the sea. Through the open arch, sunlight falls onto the water and reflects from the seabed, filling the cave with a deep, almost unreal blue colour that changes as the sun moves.
Right next to it lies the peaceful Krušija Bay.
In Krušija, you step ashore, where benches in the shade of pine trees and crystal-clear water await you. The sea is so transparent that the seabed can be seen as if through glass. There is time for a short walk and a quiet break. Here, the silence and untouched nature are just as much a part of the experience as swimming.
In search of deer on Plavnik
Free-roaming deer live on Plavnik. They are not a scheduled attraction, so we cannot promise a sighting. But when they appear among the trees or on the slope above the bay during your walk through Krušija, that moment often becomes the strongest memory of the day. On the way back to Krk, you cruise past cliffs where griffon vultures nest, while dolphins are sometimes spotted near the fish farm.
Equipment on board
On board, you will find snorkeling equipment, masks and a SUP board, all included in the price. A GoPro camera is also available throughout the trip — the recorded material is transferred to your phone or USB after the tour, at no extra charge.

Departure from Krk
Meet at the boat 15 minutes before departure in Krk town harbour. The trip begins with a scenic cruise along the western coast of the island.
Golden Beach, near Stara Baška
The first swimming stop usually lasts around 45 minutes. As this is a private tour, the length of the stop can be adapted to your group.
Blue Cave, Plavnik
The cave is approximately 30 minutes by boat from Golden Beach. You enter directly from the sea, with time for swimming and exploring.
Krušija Bay, Plavnik
Located close to the Blue Cave. Step ashore, relax on benches in the shade of the pine trees, enjoy a short walk and set off in search of the island’s free-roaming deer.
Return cruise along the cliffs
On the way back to Krk, you will pass cliffs inhabited by griffon vultures. Dolphins are also occasionally spotted near the fish farm.
Lunch in Stara Baška – optional, with advance notice of at least 3 days
As Stara Baška is located close to Golden Beach, lunch at a partner restaurant can be added to the itinerary by prior arrangement.
The order and duration of the stops may be adapted to the weather, sea conditions and the wishes of the group. The skipper determines the final itinerary shortly before departure.
