Enjoy the flavours of the Adriatic through a unique culinary experience that combines traditional handmade pasta with fresh Mediterranean ingredients. Watch as šurlice, Krk’s signature pasta, are prepared by hand – just as they have been for generations.
After the demonstration, sit down to a delicious and elegant lunch: šurlice with scampi or prawns, followed by freshly grilled sea bream with traditional sides – and a sweet homemade dessert to finish.
