A spacious and comfortable apartment for two
The apartment is located on the second floor of a family house and, with 60 m² of living space, offers considerably more room than is usually found in accommodation designed for two guests.
It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and an open-plan living area combining the lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen.
The kitchen has everything you need for a longer stay, including an oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, filter coffee maker, kettle and toaster. A washing machine is also available.
Two private balconies and a sea view
One of the special features of Apartment Pina is its two partially covered balconies. The larger balcony offers a panoramic view of the sea, while the outdoor seating area is perfect for a relaxed breakfast, reading or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening.
The second, smaller balcony provides additional outdoor space.
A peaceful location close to the beach and the centre of Vrbnik
The apartment enjoys a peaceful location, just 120 metres from the beach and restaurants. The centre of Vrbnik, shops and the historic old town are approximately 300 metres away, so you can leave your car in the parking space beside the house and explore the area on foot.
Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV and a parking space are included in the accommodation price, as are final cleaning and tourist tax. Pets are not allowed.
