Description
Božo — a traditional Croatian name — is a newly renovated ground-floor apartment in a family house in Vrbnik, about 200 m from the centre. The shop and ATM are the same distance away, the nearest restaurant about 250 m, and the old town and an evening stroll are an easy walk. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms it sleeps four — a good choice for a family.
All the furniture is new. Both bedrooms have a double bed, and one has an en-suite bathroom; both bathrooms have a shower. The open-plan living area brings together sitting room, kitchen and dining space, with air conditioning in the living area, and opens straight onto the covered terrace — lunch or coffee is easily carried outside.
The kitchen is equipped for self-catering — stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker and basic utensils — along with Wi-Fi and a TV.
Most of the day is spent on the covered terrace of eighteen square metres: a seating set, a partial sea view and enough shelter to sit out in strong sun or rain. There is a parking space in the yard.
The apartment is on the ground floor, with a baby cot on request — handy with small children. The owner lives in the house, so help or advice is at hand when needed, and final cleaning and a weekly change of bed linen and towels are included.
The beach is about 700 m away. Božo is a roomy base for a family in Vrbnik — close to everything in the centre, with a terrace made for long, easy days.
