Description
Nenad 1 is a ground-floor apartment in a family house in Vrbnik, in a quiet location close to a pine forest and just 150 m from the beach. A good choice for a couple or a small family looking for easy access to the sea and greenery.
The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with kitchen and dining table, and a shower bathroom. There is a sofa bed for a third guest in the living room. A baby cot is available on request.
In front of the apartment, there is a 20 m² terrace with a sea view, furnished with seating, sun loungers and a parasol. A barbecue is available, and parking is provided in the yard.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and filter coffee maker.
Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are included. Bed linen is changed weekly, towels twice a week.
