Description
Oliva Garden Apartments Risika 3 is located in the peaceful village of Risika, close to the sandy beach of St. Marek. It is one of three apartments in a house surrounded by a spacious 788 m² garden. Risika is known for its quiet setting and the island's largest sandy beach.
A floor-to-ceiling glass wall opens the living area directly onto the covered terrace, creating a seamless connection between the apartment and the outdoors.
The terrace continues into an open area with a barbecue and offers a partial sea view, providing two inviting outdoor spaces to enjoy throughout the day.
The apartment features one bedroom with two standard beds and a sofa bed in the living room as an additional sleeping option. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and private parking are available, and pets are welcome upon prior request.
In addition to the private terrace, guests can also use the shared outdoor area with a barbecue, outdoor shower and laundry room.
If you are travelling with a larger family or a group of friends, all three apartments can also be booked together as one property on request.
