Description
House Pojana is located in the heart of the old town of Vrbnik. The special feature of this house is its unique location - the entrance side of the house Pojana is located in a picturesque street in the center of the old town of Vrbnik and from the seaside the house offers a fantastic view of the sea and the small harbor of Vrbnik.
On the seaside, the house has 2 large terraces and a balcony, and you will be amazed by little Mediterranean gardens, which are located on the seaside of the house. You will enjoy this little oasis with an unforgettable view! This over one-hundred-year-old house has been completely renovated in a modern style and has retained the details that testify to its rich history. The house is located on a slope and extends over three floors. In the basement, there is a kitchen with a dining room with an exit to the 15 m², partially covered terrace with stunning sea views. The bathroom is also in the basement. On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa bed for two people, and a balcony (5 m2) with a sea view. On the first floor, there is a bedroom and a small toilet. The house has a second 15 m2 big terrace with a barbecue. A small Mediterranean garden of about 100 m2 is located next to the terrace with a barbecue. The house is equipped with all modern amenities - Wi-Fi, satellite TV, air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave ... Parking is only 200 meters from the house.
