Description
Villa Katarina is a two-storey holiday house in a quiet part of Vrbnik, just 400 m from the centre and 900 m from the beach. It accommodates 6 guests, with two extra beds available for up to 8.
The ground floor has an open-plan living room with kitchen and dining area, leading to a 25 m² terrace with a partial sea view. Next to the house, there is a second, covered terrace of 20 m² with an awning, seating and sun loungers — perfect for relaxing by the private 18 m² pool. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, each with air conditioning, and one with it's own balcony.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster and filter coffee maker. The house has two shower bathrooms, a washing machine, dryer and iron.
Air conditioning is included and available in all bedrooms and the living room (4 units). A baby cot is available on request.
Parking is provided in the yard, and a barbecue is at guests' disposal.
Villa Katarina is one half of a semi-detached villa with its own separate entrance and private space. For larger groups or family gatherings, the adjacent Villa Panorama can also be booked — accommodating up to 16 guests with two private pools.
