On this trip to Mala luka, you will enjoy sailing through the Velebit Canal with a panoramic view of the beautiful eastern coast of Krk. You will swim in Mala and Vela luka, feed the seagulls on the islet of Zečevo and swim in another unique bay, Pod Črnice near Vrbnik.
From Vrbnik to Mala luka, you will enjoy a one-and-a-half-hour sailing through the Velebit Canal with a panoramic view of the beautiful eastern coast of Krk.
The eastern coast of Krk is extremely attractive because of its picturesque high cliffs, beautiful hidden bays, old ruined churches and former forts. It is all interwoven with impressive dry walls - traces of painstaking human work in the middle of nature, which leaves you breathless with its wild and dramatic beauty.
Right here, on the eastern coast of Krk, between Vrbnik and Baška, are located one of the most famous, and in the opinion of many, the most beautiful Krk beaches and coves - Mala and Vela luka.
The ship will anchor in Mala luka, and a dinghy will bring you to the shore.
You will stay in Mala and Vela luka for two hours. It is a great opportunity to swim in the crystal clear turquoise-blue sea and climb up to the remains of Corinthia, the former famous fortress. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from Mala to Vela luka.
There is also a beach restaurant in Vela luka, and you can refresh yourself with drinks at the ship's bar.
On the way back from Mala luka, we will sail along the islet of Zečevo, where seagulls live. We will stay there for about 15 minutes to feed the seagulls, and in return, the seagulls will reward us with unforgettable shots.
On this trip, you will pass by Kuntrep - the oldest ornithological reserve in the world. The Kuntrep reserve stretches between Cape Glavina and Mala luka, is almost 10 km long, and is best known for its griffon vultures.
We will sail slowly and carefully along the habitat of the griffon vultures. Seeing these impressive birds is always extremely impressive, and the high, majestic cliffs covered with endemic plants where the griffon vultures nest are also very remarkable.
On the way back to Vrbnik, around 15:15 p.m., we arrive at the hidden and dreamy cove of Pod Črnice, famous for its crystal clear sea and pink cliffs.
There is a 45-minute break for swimming and exploration in this very interesting bay, followed by another 15-minutes panoramic drive to Vrbnik.
Entering the port of Vrbnik is another great opportunity to take photos of Vrbnik, whose old town center is located on a cliff 49 m above the sea.

- Start 10:00 - departure from the port of Vrbnik
- Sailing through Velebit channel with a panoramic view of the southeast coast of the island of Krk
- Arrival in Mala Luka at 11:30 a.m., swimming in the bay and transportation to the beach by dinghy
- At 13:30 we continue sailing towards the islet of Zečevo, feeding the seagulls and sightseeing for about 15 minutes
- Return to Vrbnik, slow drive along Butinj bay, sightseeing of sharp rocks and cliffs where griffon vultures live
- 15:15 arrival at Pod Črnice beach, swimming for 45 minutes
- 16:00 return to Vrbnik
