Description
This newly renovated studio in Vrbnik is a great choice for two people who want to be right by the sea while still having plenty of private outdoor space. The beach is just about twenty metres away, and a large 30 m² terrace with a sea view stretches out in front of the apartment. It is partly covered, offering shade even during the hottest hours – perfect for morning coffee, breakfast outdoors, or relaxed evenings after a day at the beach.
The studio measures 30 m² and is designed as a single bright, open space for sleeping, living, dining, and cooking. Large glass walls connect the interior with the terrace and fill the space with daylight, and can be completely darkened with curtains when needed. It offers a double bed and a sofa bed for one more person, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a bathroom with a shower.
The apartment is air-conditioned and equipped with a Smart TV and Wi-Fi. Guests also have a parking space in the courtyard, a barbecue, a shared garden, and a children's playground at their disposal. Pets are welcome on prior request. The centre of Vrbnik is about 450 metres away, so the old town, shops, and amenities are within easy walking distance.
What makes this studio special is precisely the combination of closeness to the sea and a large private terrace – a space where, during the warmer months, much of the day naturally moves from indoors out into the open.
