Description
This newly renovated apartment in Vrbnik sits just about twenty metres from the beach and is ideal for a couple or a family who want to be right by the sea while enjoying the comfort of a separate bedroom. It measures 45 m² and offers a beautiful panoramic sea view that follows almost the entire space.
The living area is a bright room for lounging, dining, and cooking, with a sofa for two and a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher. The bedroom is separate and has a double bed. The bathroom has a shower.
What makes this apartment special are its two private terraces, both with a sea view. The larger, covered terrace of 15 m² stays pleasant even during the hottest hours, while an additional 12 m² terrace offers another spot for morning coffee or relaxed evenings. With seating on both, the day naturally moves outdoors.
The apartment is air-conditioned and equipped with a Smart TV and Wi-Fi, and the fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher. Guests have a parking space in the courtyard, a barbecue, a shared garden, and a children's playground at their disposal.
