Description
This spacious second-floor apartment in Villa Adria is located right by Vrbnik’s main beach, with the sea only about 20 metres away. Its standout feature is the combination of terrace and balcony extending along different sides of the apartment, together offering an impressive 25 m² of private outdoor space. It is a great choice for guests who want the beach to be part of everyday holiday life, not simply somewhere nearby.
The apartment measures 54 m² and accommodates up to four guests. The living area, dining space and kitchen form one comfortable open-plan room, with a sofa bed for two additional guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher. There is a separate bedroom with a double bed and sea view, as well as a bathroom with shower.
The outdoor space is almost as important here as the interior. The partially covered 16 m² terrace and 9 m² balcony provide plenty of room for breakfast outside, reading in the shade or enjoying a relaxed evening overlooking the sea. As they extend along different sides of the apartment, you can always find your own spot – in the sun or in the shade, and always with a view of the sea.
The apartment is air-conditioned and includes a Smart TV and Wi-Fi. Guests also have access to parking in the courtyard, a barbecue, shared garden and children’s playground. Pets are welcome with prior notice.
Vrbnik’s centre is approximately 450 metres away, while the nearest restaurant is only around 50 metres from the apartment. Still, its greatest advantage is something that cannot be added later: a location right by the sea, generous private outdoor space and a sea view that remains part of the experience throughout the day.
