Description

Apartment Placa is situated in the center of the old town. A traditional, row house over 3 floors. One space on each floor. So, on the raised ground floor there is a living area with kitchen and on the upper floors there are 2 open space bedrooms.

In one of the bedrooms there is a bathroom and within the other bedroom there is only a shower. The apartment is air conditioned and there are also dishwasher, washing machine and Cab TV available. Parking is only 150 m away from the apartment. There is also a terrace in the second floor with partial sea view and romantic view over the roofs of the old town of Vrbnik.

Due to its specific location in the old town of Vrbnik, it is possible to reach the house directly by car only during certain parts of the day (except on Sundays). Apart from this option for unloading luggage, the central parking area about 150 m from the house is always an option.

Positive: location is good, absolutely in donwtown, cosy and wonderful town. Negative: close to the restorant, there was a bit of noise early in the morning due to the delivery people and every morning. The 3 floors were tiring, grandfloor would have been better, but this is a good apartment with a terrace.
